An outbreak of COVID-19 has grown to 22 cases at Oneida Nation of the Thames, southwest of Londona measure they both said was designed to protect tens of thousands of essential workers fro, and the band council has imposed a nightly curfew to help curb the spread of the virus.
In a statement issued SundayItaly, Chief Adrian Chrisjohn said the Indigenous Services Canada-FNIB COVID-19 team is working closely with the Middlesex-London Health Unit and the Oneida Health Team to keep the community updated.
